About the programme
This programme puts you on real projects from the start, working with some of the most advanced technologies on the market and building industry-leading specialist skills. You’ll create innovative technical solutions and help drive technology development for deployment across a range of environments, working out what clients want to achieve, what’s possible within their existing framework, and which technologies deliver the most effective results.
It’s practical, on-the-job training, coaching and real experience, with one objective: genuine workplace exposure that turns your degree into a career.

What you’ll learn:
Modern languages & frameworks
We’ll train you in technologies such as C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Angular, depending on the project.
Best delivery practices
DevOps, Agile and the Azure Cloud Platform, how good software actually ships.
How a real team works
We follow Agile and use Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps day to day.
End-to-end delivery
Software engineering and end-to-end design and delivery, not just writing code.
The bigger picture
IT strategy, the technology vision and enterprise architecture.
Specialist depth
Data centre technology, security and deep industry expertise.
Could this be you?
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- A BSc Computer Science Honours degree, recently graduated, or close to completing it, from a reputable university.
- Apply with your academic transcripts, you won’t be considered without them.
- Aged 18–25, with a verifiable qualification certificate and no criminal record.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
- An RSA citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid work permit (study permits and asylum can’t be considered).
- Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.
