Interactive Shareholding Organograms Entity Management
Corporate structures can be notoriously complex to explain to clients or auditors. To solve this, we have launched a full Shareholding Organogram tool for Companies. This feature dynamically charts and displays all active shareholders of an entity and its underlying subsidiaries, providing a clear visual map of corporate control. For presentation and reporting purposes, the organogram can be exported as a high-quality PDF or PNG image.

We are giving practices more control over their corporate governance layout standards with the rollout of our new Template Library. This portal lists all standard documentation available within the platform and introduces an entry-level customisation utility. Users can now share custom layout templates with the Konsise team and log direct customisation requests. This feature initially supports Director-related resolutions, with other secretarial modules rolling out soon
